If you have a property for rent,
we offer three levels of service to our landlords - Tenant
Finder, Full Management and Full Management with Guaranteed Rent
Tenant Finder
Service
With the tenant finder service,
we will market your property for rent to prospective tenants
and, if required, hold the keys for the property and accompany
all viewings. Once we have found a suitable tenant for
your property for rent, we will obtain previous landlord's
reference, employers reference and obtain a credit check.
Once the tenant passes the required Tenant Referencing, we will
produce a tenancy agreement and hand over the keys.
Full Management
Service
In addition to the above Tenant
Finder Service, with our Full Management Service we produce a
check in and check out inventory, carry out a quarterly
inspection on the property, receive the rent from the tenant and
forward the balance to the landlord, manage any repairs that are
necessary to the property during the tenancy and, should the
tenant fall behind in their rent, we will mediate and attempt to
resolve any issues. Should the tenant require eviction, we
can assist you in the eviction process
Full Management with
Guaranteed Rent Service
If you have a property to rent,
we strongly recommend our Full Management with Guaranteed Rent
Service. In addition to the full management service, we
guarantee that your rent will be paid on time, every time.
Tenants can make late payments for many reasons. They may
find themselves short one month, and unable to pay on the due
date. They may lose their jobs, or separate. Or they may just
not want to pay. The majority of rent guarantee packages will
recover any rent owed to you by the tenant - however, they
usually have a policy excess on them of around one months rent,
and take time to recover your money. With our full protection
management package, there is no excess and no delay in your rent
- we pay your rent on time, every time - regardless of
whether the tenant pays us or not. So you are guaranteed to
receive your rent on the due date every month without fail. If
the tenant consistently fails to pay the rent and eviction is
necessary, all legal fees and eviction costs are covered - and
you still receive your rent until vacant possession. Fir
